Employer state ID blank on W-2

No state ID was entered, blank for box 15. What should I do?

If there are Colorado state income taxes withheld in box 17 and your employer did not enter their state ID number you will have to contact the employer to get the number or get a corrected W-2.

If there are no Colorado state income taxes withheld in box 17 then leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty)

Foreign Rental shows a loss on Schedule E. Can you still deduct an FTC for taxes paid to the foreign country?
