I want to dispute a charge order# EFE5FGG83I20GXFA. I did not ask for TURBO TAX PREMIUM SERVICE: PAY W/REFUND & ANNUAL AUDIT DEFENSE H&B TAX YEAR 2017 $39.99 & I don't want it. The reason I have not received my IRS refund is because important info regarding my return was not transmitted successfully by Turbo Tax & this has caused a huge delay that is not my fault. Please resolve this ASAP. My future use of Turbo Tax & my recommendation that others use depends on you response. Chris Miller

If you used the TurboTax online editions there is no charge to e-file a tax return. The TurboTax online account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return. The account fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.
If for some reason your tax return cannot be e-filed then the return will have to be printed, signed, dated and mailed.
