I am trying to purchase Audit Defense using a credit card.  My mailing address includes the house number 142 1/2 (one fourty two and one half).   I have entered 142-12, 142 1-2, and 142 one half.  This is the address I have been using for the past 40 years, but your system will not accept it.  How can I proceed?

I have this problem also.  The first things Intuit wants us to do is clear the browser history and cache from the browser being used on the computer.  After doing this and entering the credit card information and attempting to pay I get the same error message about the card.  I have used four different cards and used two different browsers (Window Edge and Google Chrome).  This is a known problem and it has been going on for over a month.

Same experience and result attempting to procure a state download tax program to complete my TurboTax Deluxe Federal and resident state filing for 2021 and four (4) different, valid, current, "paid in full" credit cards

have been declined (pink/orange window displays " there is some problem re-enter your data....etc).  This has

been the situation for the last seven (7) calendar days.  Cannot complete our 2021 Federal and State and non

Resident State tax filing because we cannot purchase the nonresident state download due to our credit cards

being denied???

Hi was your problem resolved?

I went to Taxaudit.com directly and they took the credit card without problems.

Never was able to work out the issue with turobotax.

Also, i saved $30 going to Taxaudit.com over turbotax.
