Yes - I purchased it online, loaded it onto my old computer bought a new one and tried to load it - no luck

@pgirsh   What are you trying to install?  The CD or the download?

There is a problem if you first installed the CD.  It doesn't connect you to an account you can find.  You have to call in and ask for the download and a new License Code.  Hopefully you get a customer service person who know about it.

You are commenting on an old thread. Can you please provide specific details regarding the issue you are experiencing?  

Also, please confirm are you trying to load 2020 TurboTax Deluxe on your pc or trying to complete your 2021 tax return in TurboTax Live Deluxe?

@jaspersen1942   2020 LIVE?  You can't install the Live version.  Sorry Live is only for Online versions and online is only for 2021 now.  Where did you buy it?
