In TurboTax Online, you can't Clear & Start Over after you've registered.
If it's convenient, consider opening a new account under a new username. Up to 5 accounts can be tied to the same email address.

@ArringtonMab Not sure what you are looking for. There is no such thing as a "case number" with TurboTax.
To use the IRS refund site you need your Social Security number, your filing status and the exact amount of your refund from line 35a of your Form 1040.
If you cannot find your tax return because you have forgotten how to access your account, use the account recovery tool.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
