cannot activate the TT 2024 on Mac

I bought Turbotax premier from Costco, installed without problem, but cannot log in. Here is the popup thing says: Turbotax wants to use your confidential info stored in"tmx-bpxl-uuid-service" in your key chain. Tried many time to put my password in. It just doesn't work. I have a Mac desk top with Ventura13.7.1. Can anyone help?

Is it this?   Can’t Activate Desktop program error.  You can sign up for updates.
