Why am I seeing the sign-in screen after attempting to sign in for activation of 2024 TurboTax Desktop software?

Some TurboTax customers who are attempting to activate their 2024 TurboTax Desktop product may experience an issue with being looped back to the sign-in screen with no error message, after attempting to sign-in.
