Which version of turbotax I should use? I've paid already for Deluxe $60
So it's not free version...

Oops, it looks like we're missing some of your personal information like state and zip
You can go back to My Info and add that information now.
But only address section I can see is my current actual address
There are a couple of options:
If you don't want MAX, it can be removed prior to paying for it:

If it won't let you remove it, then to continue with MAX here's the workaround:
I'm just a fellow user and don't work for TurboTax, but I've seen the following answer for foreign filers mentioned several times in the forum about "tricking" TurboTax by going to My Info and temporarily changing your address to the billing address for the credit card you used to pay your fees, just long enough to complete the MAX consent paperwork, then before filing going back to My Info and changing the temporary USA address back to your actual mailing address before finishing and transmitting the return. The steps are in the thread at the link below. When you go there, scroll down the page to the answer provided by @ Critter-3 where she outlines the steps.
NOTE: The webpage design has changed since those steps were written. Personal Info is now called My Info, and the menu is the left menu column and not at the top.
Don't forget to change the address back to your actual address before finishing the FILE section and transmitting. If you forget to change it back, that's the address that would end up being used on your return.
I don't know how any of that affects your MAX Benefits, or whether all of the benefits are available to foreign filers or not. I'm only passing along the workaround that is in several threads.
You can still e-file with a foreign address. This applies to all TurboTax versions including Deluxe. The IRS allows you to have a foreign address on your tax return and they usually contacts you through correspondence by mail. To see how to enter the foreign address in the TurboTax program, click here: Foreign address
However, you cannot e-file with foreign bank information to receive tax refund. IRS regulations require a U.S. bank account to receive your tax refund, and you'll need a U.S. bank account (or credit/debit card with a U.S. billing address) if paying additional federal taxes owed.
it's still doesn't allow me to file my return. Says that we missed zip and state and pushes me back to info page.
@ calc4taxes
Does the error message that mentions "state and zip code" also mention MAX or PLUS Benefits?
If so, it is likely the Benefits consent form that is requiring a USA state and zip code to be used in the My Info section, such as (perhaps) the identity protection services.
If so, there may be a workaround.
Yes, it mentions MAX Benefits, says

ok, it works. I filed my return with foreign address.
But I had ability to use my friends' US address too. Not sure now, what was better
