I am having the same problem, Registration is just a blank box. I have Windows 11 trying to download Turbotax 2021.

You said "registration" and trying to "download"(do you mean "install"?), so that's a bit unclear exactly what you are referring to. Have you begun the installation, and are you referring to a blank activation screen to enter your license code? Since you said "same problem", I will assume so. The following often works with Windows 10, but I'm not sure about Windows 11 since I don't have it. If the following suggestions don't help, I've left info on how to speak to TurboTax Support.
A blank, partially-blank, or missing activation screen may be related to either a screen resolution or scaling problem in your Windows settings.
Go to Windows Settings (gear icon), then System, then Display. Or for a shortcut, you may be able to simply right-click on an empty area of the main Windows desktop monitor screen (not the TurboTax program screen) and in the popup menu choose "Display settings".
NOTE: After you change the scaling or resolution setting as discussed below, you may need to close and relaunch TurboTax for the change to take place in that activation window.
First try the scaling setting. In your Windows Settings do you have scale set to a higher value than the normal 100%? If so, change it back to 100%. Once the license code is entered and activated, you can later change your scaling setting back like it was.
If lowering the scaling to 100% didn't help, then it may be screen resolution. Try a lower screen resolution such as 800x600. If that doesn't work, then try 1024x768. If still not working, then gradually increase the screen resolution to the next level. Once you get the license activated, you can revert your resolution setting back like it was.
If you make those changes, and it finally shows you the field to enter the code, but the code box won't accept your cursor, move the cursor underneath that field and slowly move it down. See if it changes shape and if it does, paste the code even if you don't see it. A couple users reported that they blindly pasted the code like that, and it took it.

@ dvorakt1 After trying the above, if you need to reach Customer Support, it's not clear if they are open this weekend or not. One FAQ says their support hours are now "daily", while another topic says Monday-Friday. You'd just have to try and see. I think they "may" have recently changed to 7 days/week.
Very frustrating. Maybe buy HR Block tax software. The lack of sales may have them reconsider coming up with a solution. Product is not what it used to be.

If you used the following TurboTax website to purchase a download of the 2021 TurboTax software - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
then you will need to access your download account using the exact same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts
I downloaded through Turbo Tax on old PC. Now downloaded on New PC and cannot activate. Help!

I gave up and bought he block software. Loads like a charm.

I have the same issue. The FAQ from 10/2021 says it's a video driver issue and to update the drivers. Mine are up to date on my Win11 Samsung ProBook. Very frustrated that it seems Intuit can't make a single desktop product that doesn't have issues. QB Pro desktop is just as terribly unreliable.
I can't believe it either and thank you for finding this. I reduced my screen resolution way down and there it was and I was able to activate my software.
A few users have issues but not the majority so trying to fix a glitch that is not affecting many users is almost impossible. Contact TT support to let them know which OS you are using so that they can better understand who is having issues so the issue can be addressed.

I have the same display problem and have tried all the suggestions that seem to grasp for a solution. Why isn't Intuit fixing this problem? I've wasted several hours trying to implement the fixes. Can't seem to get Tech Support to respond.
