Can's save
I have purchased and downloaded TurboTax 2019 Deluxe back on December 19th. I could not get it to save my tax file or save to pdf. Today I uninstalled and installed again. Same problem.
"file not found" is the error message for the exit and save.
"Hm, we do not know what went wrong" is the message when trying to save to pdf.
What do I do?

Try this -
Close the TurboTax program
Right click on the TurboTax desktop icon
Click on Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab
Check the box Run this program as administrator
Click on Apply and OK
Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem still exists.
