Can I use Turbo again if I have an outstanding balance from the year prior?

Last year my refund was allocated so I had to refile with injured spouse.  It left Turbo with an outstanding balance and I need to file again this year with injured spouse.

I have never experienced that problem, I purchase my software on CD and filing is included, but if I were to have that type of problem, then I would simply "try it and see whether it works or not."  You have nothing to lose by trying.  Then if that doesn't work, I see two options: 1) pay the balance due, or 2) switch over to H&R Block software.  They are compatible and can draw data from each other.  Good luck.
