Can I upgrade desktop Premier to get expert help filing Schedule E for rental income?

TurboTax Live is available for TurboTax Online customers only. TurboTax Live isn't available in the TurboTax CD/Download software.  If you would like to access TurboTax Live, you can switch from TurboTax Desktop to TurboTax Online, and then request a refund for the cost of the Desktop program by contacting customer service.   How do I switch from TurboTax CD/Download to TurboTax Online?
