Can I switch to use the free file instead premier?

I started using Premier - then realized I could use the Free File.  

The help screen told me to click on "File" then click "Revisit"  I was only given a "Start" option with no "Revisit"

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2021 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

In the regular Turbo Tax Free Edition, information that you can enter is limited now.  Why do I have to upgrade from the Free Edition?
