Sorry you are too late to start or finish online. Online has closed for 2019. 2019 is now the prior year. The Online version is only for 2020. You have to switch to the Desktop program.

Did you already pay for the Online version ? Ask support to give you the Download Desktop program.

You will need a full Windows or Mac computer to install it on.

You will have to print and mail 2019 and earlier now. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.
Important! Mail Federal and State in separate envelopes and mail each year in separate envelopes.

I paid Turbo tax One Hundred Seventy dollars  for doing My taxes and it is showing that I didn’t file them I sent them in in July of 2020.     Sincerely Mary Wheat Curtis

Where is it showing you didn't file?  On Turbo Tax or at the IRS?   Maybe you are in the wrong Turbo Tax account.

 Did you efile or mail your return? When? They didn't start opening the mail until June that was stacking up. Back in March the IRS closed their processing centers and stopped processing mailed tax returns.

If you efiled....Was your return Accepted?When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?
