If you purchased the TurboTax desktop software from Amazon, why are you using the TurboTax online editions, , when you already paid for the desktop edition?

I uploaded 1099-DIV directly from broker that shows the payer's FEID as 00-0000000. This causes error when trying to e-file my tax return in TurboTax. In prior yrs wrked.
