Why did Turbo Tax charge me $250? I signed up for a $49.99 service?

I signed up for the 49.99 service but ended up with 250$ why is this?

       Same thing they took 300 and I did my own taxes!!!! With nothing special either! Then when I call I have to request a refund and jump through hoops with no answers as to why they ripped me off!?

Hello I didn’t expect to pay $250 to file my taxes ! At least I was planning to oay $49 my gross income is around $27000 ! My friend in income was more than me and she paid less than $100 ! I can’t afford to oay that much
