Hmmm....You are not posting from TurboTax Live---are you sure you chose Live? You are posting your question from online Deluxe---but not the Live version which includes live help from a CPA.

HORRIBLE!!! That's the best word I can use to describe the service. I cannot find a live person to save my life. I'm simply trying to get a charge removed off my bank account and I've wasted the last hour of my life for nothing. Very frustrating for such a simple issue.
What did you buy ? The 2019 online version ? Or the recent 2020 downloaded/cd version ?
I'm afraid this topic has become quite confused, even with only 4 previous posts.
1. If you want free tax help, you can post to this forum. It's not live, and during busy season it may take hours or days to get a response.
2. If you want paid tax help, you can upgrade to Turbotax Live Online service. This gives you a video chat with a CPA or enrolled agent (you can see them but they can't see you). They can view your return online as you are working on it and give answers and advice. Starting in 2020, you can buy Turbotax Live in stores as well, but what you get is an empty box with a code number to activate your online account, it is not a CD to install on your own computer.
3. If you want Turbotax Customer support, you need to use this contact form during business hours. This would be to get help with your online account purchases or technical issues with the web site, not for guidance on how to file your return. Unfortunately, the support line seems to be perpetually understaffed, and there is nothing we on this board can do about it.
