Having already received an extension, I’m wondering in an additional extension is possible and, if so, how difficult it would be to get it.

There are no second extension for any tax year. Only the one extension can be used for filing the tax return on or before October 15, 2024 to avoid a failure to file penalty if you have taxes owed.
If you have a tax refund on the 203 tax return you have up to three years, October 15, 2027, to file a return with a refund with no penalties.
