The due date for a 2020 federal and Oklahoma state tax returns has been extended to June 15, 2021 for filing the tax return and payment of any federal or state taxes owed.
As stated in this IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-announces-tax-relief-for-oklahoma-severe-winter-storm-victims
And in this state of Oklahoma website - https://oklahoma.gov/tax/newsroom/2021/3-10-2021.html
The answer to all 4 questions is June 15th. Both the IRS and the Oklahoma Department of Revenue will not consider your return late if you file by June 15th. However, due to system constraints it will not be possible to set up a payment to either the IRS or Oklahoma for a post-date after May 17th. If you wish to file before June 15th but pay up until June 15th you will need to either mail in the payment, or pay online.
You can pay online with the IRS at this website: Direct Pay | Internal Revenue Service
For Oklahoma, see this website: Oklahoma Tax Commission - Filing and Paying Taxes
