This is the user forum.  It is not live chat nor is it customer support.  You post a question here and then you WAIT until someone answers you.  You might not get a reply within only a few minutes.  It can take longer.

And you do not need the CD to download the program.  You can buy the download.  You can download it to 5 computers.  Are you just trying to buy the 2020 program or also download your tax return?

No we can NOT send you the CD.  This is just a public user forum.  We are other users like you.  Did you buy the CD yet?  And do not post your address or any personal info.  It is not safe.  Anyone could scam you.

FYI ... the CD is a useless piece of plastic which only ever houses the beta version of the program ... once the program is installed it must be updated immediately.  And the CDs will not be out until the end of November. 

If you have not yet bought the program you have the option for the CD ... read the screen carefully so you don't miss it ...
