2020 Federal Efile

I am trying to efile my federal tax return and after completing all the required information the program is looping and will not efile my return.  How to I correct this?

When getting unexpected results, the best thing to do is make sure that the program is updating. To do this, log out of your TurboTax program. Close the browser window completely.

 

Re-open on a Windows 10 PC using a Chrome incognito browser to proceed with e-filing.

 

With the tax return open, select Review and run through the federal and state reviews again to prepare to e-file.
