Other Troubleshooting Ideas:
- It may be due to what is being entered for the 2019 Adjusted Gross Income or for the Self-select PIN.
- How do I find last year’s AGI?
- The self-select PIN can be re-used. This is not the same as the IP PIN issued annually by the IRS to taxpayers that have experienced identity theft.
