You don't "set up an entity". You simply file schedule C as part of (attachment to) your tax return. Your income and expenses go on Schedule C and your net profit ends up on line 12 of form 1040. The home office deduction is calculated on form 8829. TurboTax (Self Employed version) can handle all that.
