You don't include their income on your return. It would only go on their return if they are required to file one. They don't have to file if they only have Social Security or W2 income under 12,550 but can file to get back any withholding taken out in boxes 2 or 17. But you don't get boxes 4 or 6 back. If they got a 1099NEC or no form (like for cash) for it they do have to file a tax return for it no matter how small.
To file a separate return for a dependent in the Online version you need to set up a new account separate from yours. Online is only good for one return per account. You can use the same email address for 5 accounts. You can probably use the Free Edition

Be sure on the dependent return you check the box that says you can be claimed on someone else’s return. If their only income is W2 and under 12,550 they do not have to file a return except to get back any withholding taken out.
Filing requirements for a dependent
For a college student that is your dependent, you do not report any of their W-2 or 1099 income on your tax return. The student will file their own tax return - and only if they are required to do so.
The parent of the dependent will report all education stuff on the parent's return, to include scholarships, grants, 529 distributions and any other 3rd party income not earned by the student, that is used for education. There are situations where the student would report the education stuff, instead of the parent. But there is no situation where the parent will report income that is "earned" by the student during the tax year.
The only time a child's income might be reported on a parent's return is if their only income is from investments. If any part of their income is from working, then all the child's income must be reported on a tax return in the child's own name.
You do not report his/her income on your return. If it has to be reported, at all, it goes on his own return. If your dependent child is under age 19 (or under 24 if a full time student), he or she must file a tax return for 2021 if he had any of the following:
Even if he had less, he is allowed to file if he needs to get back income tax withholding. He cannot get back social security or Medicare tax withholding.
In TurboTax, he indicates that somebody else can claim him as a dependent, at the personal information section.
If his only income is from interest and dividends, Alaska PFD or capital gains distributions shown on a 1099-DIV, there is a provision for entering it on your return, using form 8814. Enter at Less common income / Child's income.
Can I ask a clarifying question?
My child (age 17), has earned income of $1,614 (W2) from a part-time job, AND un-earned income of $3100 from Div/INT, total income combined is below the $12,950. He is required to report, however, my question is:
1. Does he have to file his own return because he has both earned+unearned income, and/or
2. Can i report this on my return, although there is no way to report his $1,614 W2 income.
Appreciate it.
Q.1. Does he have to file his own return because he has both earned+unearned income?
A.1. Yes
Q. 2. Can i report this on my return, although there is no way to report his $1,614 W2 income?
A.2. No.
If his only income is from interest and dividends, Alaska PFD or capital gains distributions shown on a 1099-DIV, there is a provision for entering it on your return, using form 8814.
But, it is still usually best for him to file a separate return, as qualified dividends and capital gain distributions could be taxed at a higher rate on the parent's return.
