I can't get past this either. I click "no" but it always reverts back to the yes tab. Did you get it fixed?
I am on a desktop version. not using a browser. How can I fix this?

So someone on Medicare doesn't receive a 1095-A?
Is the 1095-A only for people who are enrolled in non-Medicare health insurance policies?

A Form 1095-A is only issued to those who have their health care insurance through one of the State Marketplace Exchanges or through healthcare.gov
The 1095-A is for those enrolled in the ACA Marketplace insurance (AKA Obamacare) and those on Medicare are not allowed to be on an ACA plan.
However this answer still did not address how someone working disabled who received Medicaid that year of 2021 can actually get their tax form completed because this answer of Medical Insurance MUST be somehow answered before pressing the submit button.
Because of your change and difficulty this past tax year of 2021, I had to use a different Tax Service provider.
Someone changed your software code and messed it up for 2021 because I had no trouble in previous year.
@mrp1 If you did not have health insurance through the marketplace---i.e. from healthcare.gov----then when it asked if you had a 1095A you were supposed to say NO and move on. Only people who had "Obamacare" or insurance from the Marketplace have a 1095A, so you just say no. You do not have anything to enter if your health insurance was Medicare pr Medicaid.
Sounds like this may have been a state issue since it is not a federal issue at all. If the state has an insurance requirement then follow the state interview to indicate which kind of insurance you had in 2021.
I for got to add my 1095-A and because i paid for the sercive it will not let redo it
I have it just for got to enter it

Once a tax return has been filed it cannot be changed, canceled or retrieved
You will have to wait for the IRS to either Accept or Reject your filed federal tax return.
If the return is rejected you can make the necessary changes and e-file again.
If the return is accepted you will have to amend your original tax return. An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 16 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.
Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-a...

To enter your Form 1095-A -
Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
Hello my taxes keep being rejected by the form 1095-a. I recently called the marketplace & they claimed I do not have a form at all. How do I fix this? It keeps looping back to the same questions
