Surgery in 2020, paid bill in 2021, when do I take deduction?

I had a surgery in Nov 2020, received my bill and paid it in Feb 2021. Can I deduct this expense on my 2020 return, or is it a 2021 medical expense?

Medical expenses paid in 2021 can only be deducted as an itemized deduction on the 2021 tax return to be filed next year.
