Is mileage driven by an Uber driver deductible? I drove 11,166 miles and Turbotax says there is no vehicle deduction.

Yes, mileage for an uber driver is usually deductible as a business expense.  I would recommend going through the vehicle information section again and check your answers.

I agree! I've gone over this section multiple times and think there is a glitch in the Turbotax software that is causing it to say I'm not eligible for this deduction. I'm not sure what else to do.

Be sure that you are claiming standard mileage expenses for a vehicle which you own.  If it is owned by someone else, then you are not eligible to use the standard mileage rate for your business miles.  You must instead claim actual out-of-pocket expenses prorated by the business miles being claimed.

We definitely own the vehicle. In talking with Turbotax they are currently working to correct this problem with their software. It's still not fixed.

Yes, the mileage usage is deductible as business expense, if standard mileage is used rather than actual expenses.  There are some tax forms for self-employed individuals that aren't available yet. The IRS has not finalized some of 2020 tax forms. You may login back to your account and recheck your data entry.

Off topic. Let me ask you if this statement is true?

Commissions reported on 1099 NEC

When a REALTOR® works as an independent contractor rather than an employee of a brokerage company, the brokerage companies may issue an annual Form 1099 to the REALTOR to report amounts paid to the broker. When the REALTOR® agrees to return part of a commission to the buyer or the seller, and this has been structured as a reduced commission or as a credit on the closing statement, the 1099 issued by the brokerage company should reflect only the net amounts paid to the REALTOR® and this amount will be reported as gross income. If however, the REALTOR® received the gross commission and actually returned some to the seller or buyer, the gross amount is reported and the REALTOR® should be entitled to a corresponding deduction.  Is this correct!

Yes, you're correct. If you received 1099-NEC and the broker deducted the commission as a result of a seller/buyers credit, you report the net income on your income tax return. On the other hand, If the amount received was the gross amount, deduct the amount of credit as business expense.
