If I paid cash for my home and don't have a 1098. Is there anything that I can/have to file on my tax return?

Can I only file the 2nd qtr taxes I paid or can I file the tax credit listed on my disclosure as well?

Real estate taxes credited to you on a home settlement statement when you purchased the home may be deducted on Schedule A Itemized Deductions line 5.

What 2nd quarter taxes?  Property tax or IRS estimated taxes?  You can deduct property taxes you paid during the year.

Thank you for replying.  I paid 2nd quarter property tax.  My first quarter property taxes were credited on my settlement statement

I assume that the first and second quarter are for the year 2022.
