I am having the same problem. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall Turbo Tax, but that did not fix the problem.
The solution to my problem downloading is the following: I am using a VPN service application. I would continue to get Error 6 response while my modern was under the influence of VPN. Once I disabled the VPN, then logged into It's Deductible, download occurred without issue.
I am having the same issue.
I have installed the program on two different Mac computers, neither one works.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I have no VPN to shut off. And, I have deleted the keychain files in the other post.
None of this works! There is no option to export from ItsDeductible Online that I can see.
Please help me resolve this error.
