The IRS sent me a letter 6475 telling me I've earned an Economic Impact Payment for 2021.
I've worked through the TT interview and it hasn't given me an opportunity to enter the credit.
How can I enter the credit?

To enter the stimulus payment, follow these steps:
Thank you for the reply but it didn't work.
When I JUMP TO the Recovery Rebate page it brings me to a Review page where it tells me that I need to complete another form (1116) that has not been released by the IRS.
The third stimulus payment is not taxable income for 2021. The system will only ask about it if you are eligible to reconcile what you received with what you should have gotten.
If TurboTax determines you are not eligible, either due to income levels, filing status, or residency requirements, it will not even ask you about the third Economic Impact Payment. If you received the money and it turns out you were not eligible for it, it is yours to keep and it does not need to be entered on your tax return.
Unfortunately I mistakenly answered no to the recovery question during the interview. I don’t seem to be able to go back and correct my problem because even when I jump to “stimulus“ it brings me to a review screen that tells me that some of the forms I need are not yet available and doesn’t address the stimulus question.
Here is how to revisit that section:
That should clear up this problem.
I followed the instructions carefully and it didn't work.
When I clicked on Federal Review in the upper right hand corner it brought me to a screen that says "Tax Forms to Revisit". On that screen it states that I need to complete Form 1116 which is not available yet. There is no mention of How to enter my third stimulus check nor is there any mention of my eligibility for that check. Please note that I have received a Letter 6475 from the IRS stating that I am eligible for a 2021 Economic Impact Payment.
I am stuck because I am not able to complete my tax return on turboTax.
Please carefully read that letter. Those letters were sent to people that received a payment and it gives the amount the you received. Let's try one more trick:
Thanks for the reply Amy.
I did carefully check my IRS letter. It was clear stating that I haven't received the rebate yet.
I carefully for your steps. When I clicked Done with Other it brings me the federal review screen which tells me that I need to complete the Form 1116 form which apparently hasn't been integrated yet by TT. (I have a small foreign tax credit that I will enter when the form is ready.)
I am hoping that once TT posts the Form 1116 and I enter my numbers it will bring me to the next review issue, which I hope will be the stimulus check entry.
IRS letter 6475 is telling you how much the IRS already sent you. How does it say you haven't received it yet? Check your bank records.
If you did not get prompted to enter your stimulus information, that means you either:
To get to the stimulus questions in TurboTax at any time, you can search for stimulus or recovery rebate credit then hit ENTER and there should be a Jump to link
If you are trying to trigger it,
Click on Other Tax Situations at top
Click on Let's get started
Answer some questions then Continue
Then click on Let's keep going
Next screen is for the Third Stimulus, if you qualify
Did letter 6475 say you got 0 or has an amount on it? See an explanation and copy of the letter here. 6475 is at the bottom.
