Declared Disaster - Covid Funeral Expense

North Carolina declared Covid a disaster in JAN 2020.  I suspect the Feds did as well. My wife and I file married, filed jointly. Unfortunately, her Father passed away from Covid in DEC 2020. We had to pay funeral expenses of $2,930.29. Being a declared natural disaster, is this expense deductible. If so, how do I deduct it in TurboTax?

Covid-19 is not a federally declared disaster.

Sorry, but funeral expenses are not deductible on a federal tax return.
