I cannot get the ItsDeductible imbedded in the desktop TurboTax to work for creating an itemized list of items given to The Salvation Army. I can put quantities in one category, try to save them, and the deduction tool in TurboTax stops working. I have to "X" out, lose my work, try again, and have the same experience.

I would first try clearing your cache and cookies, then closeout and re-open your browser and log back into TurboTax. You may also want to try a different browser.

I'm using desktop Deluxe, not a web based version. I'll give clearing a try, however looking at previous years comments it seems Intuit isn't in a hurry to give us a fully functioning version until sometime after January. I was hoping February 1st would be the magic day, however I have not seen teh software receive any updates automatically, nor when I check for updates. I am going to assume the Intuit function in the desktop software is still broken...
