Where do I report on schedule A the personal property licensing fees paid for automobiles and timeshare ownership property taxes?

Don't confuse real estate tax (commonly but incorrectly called "property tax") with personal property tax. 

Personal property tax is imposed on movable things (mobile homes, RVs, vehicles, etc.) whereas real estate "property" tax is imposed on immovable assets such as houses and land. Real estate tax is entered in a different place in the program.
