My two siblings and I sold a house owned by our grantor trust. We were all trustees. I lived in the home for over five years. Can we take the capital tax exclusion?

My siblings did not live in the home.  The trust paid property tax, insurance, and some upkeep.

If it was a Revocable Grantor Trust, YOUR portion of the sale that is passed on to you should qualify for the exclusion.
