I have turbotax premier online and I am not prompted with the "it's deductible" import. What is going on?

Please see the instructions below, if you are not being prompted to import "ItsDeductible":

1. Open (continue) your return in TurboTax. Not sure you're in there? Select the Take me to my return button.
2. From the upper right menu, select and search for donations
3. Select the Jump to link at the top of the search results.
4. Answer Yes to Did you make any donations to charity? 
5. On the next screen, answer Yes.
6. Follow the instructions and import your donations.

I am also using online premier and am having the same issue.  I have done these exact steps but the page shows up blank.  There are no imports to select.  It's driving me crazy because I spent HOURS doing this on ItsDeductible already!!!
