As long as you got notice that your return was accepted, you're fine. You can also check here e-file status lookup tool to be sure the IRS accepted the tax return. No information on the IRS tracker usually means that your return is still waiting to process. Make sure to wait 24 hours after your return is accepted to start tracking on WMR. Continue to check the website Where's My Refund daily for updates-as soon as there is new information available on your refund, it will be posted there. Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?

You should be able to withdraw from any ATM. Please see the information below listed on the website regarding ATM withdraws: Can I withdraw money from an ATM? - https://bit.ly/2TPYQv9
Yes. You will create a 4-digit PIN (personal identification number) when you activate your personalized card. We may block ATM withdrawals in some countries due to fraud or security concerns. You may withdraw up to $500 per day with most Green Dot cards. Please see terms for your card regarding ATM withdrawal limits. https://bit.ly/2TPYQv9

I have listed our contact information below and some information that may help with checking if your return was filed and if it was not, how to complete it, under the "No Record Found" link. To verify you have filed your return, check your e-file status. Make sure to wait at least 24 hours before checking your e-file status after filing. If your e-file status shows "No Record" please click here - "No Record Found" when looking up your e-file status at turbotax.com You would receive an email with a order number when you pay your TurboTax fees but that is not confirmation of your return being e-filed. When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
If you find your return shows to mail and print your return, rather than e-file, you can change this and submit your return. Please see the TurboTax FAQ below, if this is the case.

For the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your
tax return and a specific date of when to expect your
refund, please visit the IRS Where's My Refund? site. Unfortunately, once your return is accepted, the IRS does not send updates to TurboTax. If your return was accepted less than 21 days ago, hang in
there. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from
acceptance to approval.
Here is the general timeline of e-filed returns:
Transmission
> Acceptance > Processing > Approval > Refund
Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for additional information.
If you are concerned, you can contact the IRS directly if it's past 21 days.
To contact the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours
7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose
the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated
phone line.
So after first choosing your language,
then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option
2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or
payment". Then press 3 "for all other
questions." Then press 2 "for all other questions." - When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to
access your account information, don’t enter anything. - After it asks twice, you will get another
menu. Then press 2 for personal or individual tax
questions.
It should then transfer you to an agent. Why do some refunds take longer than others?
