In 2018, my accountant did the return and stated:
“No tax is payable with the filing of this return. There is an overpayment of x of which y has been applied to your 2019 estimated tax.”
For 2019’s return and I am doing it myself on Turbotax, where can I enter y in Turbotax?
On Federal Tax -> Deductions and Credits -> Estimates and Other Taxes Paid -> Estimates, I saw one can enter the estimated tax by quarters. Since my payment from carried over from 2018. How do I enter it?
Thank you in advance!

Because my withholding was insufficient in 2018, I had to make quarterly additional payments in 2019. Where do I enter those amounts when following your step-by-step instructions?

To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -
Or enter estimates paid in the Search box located in the upper right of the online program screen. Click on Jump to estimates paid
Or click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.
Click on Tools
Click on Topic Search
Type in estimated tax payments, click on GO
Federal estimated taxes paid are entered on Form 1040 Schedule 3 Line 8. The totals for Schedule 3 flow to Form 1040 Line 18d
