Dependent relative with income

I have provided over 1/2 support for a Dependent Relative (single adult daughter not living in our home). She has filed 2020 taxes for small amount of income (less than $4300) but not reported she can be claimed as dependent. Can you tell me:

1) does she have to claim my financial support in her income

2) does she have to file an amended tax return and check box she can be claimed as dependent for me to claim her as dependent

3) if I claim her as a dependent relative, does she lose all her back stimulus funds (she hasn't received either the $1200 or $600 payments)

4) if I claim her as dependent relative in 2020, will I get her $1400 stimulus payment or will it go to her?

1. She does not have to report support she receives from you as income on her tax return

2. If she CAN be claimed as a dependent she would need to amend her own return

3. If you claim her as a qualified relative----what stimulus funds are you asking about since you say she did not receive the $1200 or the $600? There have only been those two stimulus checks so far---so she has nothing to repay unless it is given to her based on her 2020 return.

4. No, you do not get a stimulus payment for claiming her. Parents get stimulus checks for children under the age of 17. If you claim her all you get is a $500 credit for other dependents. She will not get the $1400 check if she can be claimed as your dependent.

Thank you. In #3, I was referring to the previous two stimulus checks she has not received. She has filed her 2020 tax return and reported she has not received those payments yet. If I do not claim her on my 2020 return she should get the two back payments and (hopefully) the $1400 payment coming soon.
