1. She does not have to report support she receives from you as income on her tax return

 

2.  If she CAN be claimed as a dependent she would need to amend her own return

 

3.  If you claim her as a qualified relative----what stimulus funds are you asking about since you say she did not receive the $1200 or the $600?  There have only been those two stimulus checks so far---so she has nothing to repay unless it is given to her based on her 2020 return.

 

4.  No, you do not get a stimulus payment for claiming her. Parents get stimulus checks for children under the age of 17.    If you claim her all you get is a $500 credit for other dependents.  She will not get the $1400 check if she can be claimed as your dependent.
