Can I get a refund if I changed jobs in 2018 and had soc sec WH from both? I pd 7960.80 job 1 & 7936.00 job 2. Is this in TurboTax or do I have to file a separate claim?

If you had excess SS withheld because you worked for more than one employer then the excess will be included in your refund. You will see the excess SS on line 72 of your schedule 5.
