Why even after entering summary of sales in 1099-B, i cant seem to be seeing the sales section. Shows blank, while the total is showing correctly in the main screen

Screen shows "You currently dont have any sales section totals on this page". There have been two entered. ST and LT. Also the net LT gains is not making sense

I don't have an answer for the initial part of your question...

But for the total long term amount, on one of my desktop summary screens that shows that number, it includes the $$ in box 2a from any 1099-DIV forms you entered. So that total number is not just LT stock sales on your 1099-B/8949
