I lived in Maryland all year, but worked in Philadelphia for approximately 55 days, out of the year. Based on reciprocity, no Pennsylvania taxes were withheld, but Philadelphia locality were. I saw something about the Wynne case that may apply to this situation, but there does not seem to be place in Turbo Tax to capture this (since it is not a state tax refund)
