Same thing is happening to me! I’ve tried everything to “submit my missing email” TurboTax fix this please. I cant even call them for a problem with their own website. Super annoyed.

Same thing is happening to me! So frustrating. It is my first time submitting taxes and I heard turbo tax was supposed to be user friendly. I have spent over an hour trying everything turbo tax suggest to “fix” it. Verify your email on intuit, clear your cookies, sign out use a different browser, check your info. Like pls, this is ridiculous. Bad experience as a first time user.
It’s my first time too! I have everything ready to go just not my email??? How do y’all think I logged into turbo tax???? I’m super frustrated. I’ve also tried everything to fix it, verify it, enter it, clear my cache and cookies. I just wish I could get someone on the phone but nooo we have to pay to talk to someone for a problem on their end.

Same here, i keep getting this message to enter missing information even though my email and phone is verified and reverified.
Same here: my email and phone number are verified on intuit "Sign in & security" (also a Mint user), and no workarounds posted on the community solve this issue. I cleared the cache, used different browsers, mobile app etc. Nothing...
Also seeing this issue...I've cleared all history/cookies/cache, restarted the machine, attempted three browsers plus mobile, and re-entered all personal info in the Tax section and the Intuit Account section.
If it's not fixed by 4/12/23, I'll re-do them with another provider, but this is so annoying - I have 10 years of taxes in TurboTax and don't want to switch!
I'm also getting the error that I am missing my email. However, signing & security shows my email has been verifired.
When will this bug be fixed?
