TT asks what STATE was lived in 2020 for Sales Tax Rate question. There are no options for military living overseas only US states--do I just select home of record state?

Military overseas personnel may use this IRS calculator. Then in TurboTax select the option to "enter your total sales tax receipts" where you can enter the amount from the calculator.
