    I have the same issue.

The state shows that the forms are available for download.

When will this form be up?

We need to know time frames, considering both my fed and state are being held up right now.

I need to get filed and my return post haste.

Someone at Turbo Tax should have the answer to this, something other than platitudes.

It is still not available and it's post 2-4. When will this be available?

I received email from turbo tax that the  OR itemized ded form is ready on friday 02/04/2022.

On sat 02/05/2022 i completed return but when i went to view and print before sending   a greyed window pops us saying OR return is currently unavailable to  view ,print, or download because some of the forms haven't been  finalized yet. After  an hr and 41 mins with turbo tax  on 2/5/2021,  we got disconnected.  I called Or dept of revenue  and talked with them for 45 minutes ,monday,2/7/22.  their forms are  complete and they are receiving  returns electronically.

I was on the phone again with turbo tax and just got disconnected again after 50 mins  while waiting to speak with a supervisor because they refuse to admit they have a software glitch and want  me to continue  doing waisted time troubleshooting. they have my  phone number but have not called me back

Thank you for your message. I had begun to think there was a problem on m computer with some software that was preventing Turbotax from properly updating. Your message reinforces my belief that this is a problem on the Intuit Turbotax side and not a problem with my system.

I am anxiously awaiting for Intuit to fix this problem so I can file my Oregon return.

I'm using the online version and still not finding that the document has been added. Is anyone else having this problem? Reports stated it would be available after 2/4 but it's 2/9 and still not available?

This is probably not a Turbotax glitch, but a matter of timing delays between the IRS and state revenue departments. The IRS, who has been vastly underfunded for many years, has been struggling with all sorts of backlogs in their operations, especially during the COVID years. For this reason, states suffer downstream effects from IRS delays, which makes it difficult for those states to get timely information to Turbotax before the Turbotax products become available to the masses, ergo the need for downloads after first installing Turbotax.

    RECOVERY REBATE CREDIT ISSUE

You have mentioned a missing form.  In my case, my Oregon return, which I finished and submitted yesterday, was rejected because of a delay in the software being able to handle the Recovery Rebate Credit (aka Stimulus Payments) correctly. The rejection was accompanied by an explanation that the software would be corrected by today, February 17, and to my delight, it was. I merely had to download the "correction" and the appropriate calculations were (I think) applied, and I refiled (without incurring another charge from Intuit.) I have yet to get the acceptance notice, but these are systems problems, not attributable to lazy or inept public sector employees.

I did find that the information on my IRS stimulus payments account information page was a bit confusing. However, the information on Letter 6475 (which I hope most people keep) was much more understandable and allowed me to be able to confidently claim that my wife and I had received half of what we were entitled to. Therefore, that half would be applied as a credit to our 2021 tax liability, thereby giving us a refund.

I hope that this information may helpful to other Oregonians yet to file. Good fortune to you all ...

    When did you transmit it?

I have filed mine this morning after updating TT but it was rejected shortly afterwards.

Is there a responsible adult on the team who could and would tell us that it’s indeed resolved?

2/17/2022 still says Oregon Return unavailable. Did an update tonight, and still says unviable. Oregon Website says it is, this forum says it is. Very frustrated, please help.

I have now filed three times online. I am continuing to get error messages. I just filed tonight, and the latest error message told me to go to www.support.turbotax.com for "a solution or workaround." First step. Please reply to emails documenting the problem. Second, acknowledge on this forum or elsewhere you have clear bugs and that you're working to fix them. If you can't, send refunds to everyone who paid you the state fee. That's fair. FYI, I'm copying this error message on Twitter. I encourage people to do that. It promotes transparency, factual reporting, accountability, and thus a corporate fix.

As of Feb 19th, this is still broken. And the link to get notified when it if fixed is also broken.

As of 2/20/2022 the Oregon State Tax forms are not complete on TurboTax

I believe my Oregon Tax form is complete and ready to file.  However when I try to print I get this message:

"Your Oregon return is currently unavailable to view, print or download because some of the forms have not been finalized yet"

Any tips on my next steps?  Please

    Thanks

It depends on what form you are supposedly "missing" on your Oregon return. The Feb. 17 delivery of a patch to Oregon TurboTax was specifically for the Rebate Credit, not other forms. If you need another form, you may have to wait for TT to deliver on that. You can try calling TT, but when I got into a similar bind last year, I got a better response from OR Dept of Revenue, who at that time had already sent the required information to IRS to create the patch. You will see on this email thread that there is true irony in that the Rebate Credit occurred at the same time last year - Feb 17. Strange .... Before you call OR Revenue, I suggest you look at last year's OR form to try to determine what you are supposedly missing.

The other thing you can try is to "force" an update. With this year's Recovery Credit, the patch was automatic for me since I waited a few hours after midnight on Feb 16/17 when the Feb 17 delivery date for the patch was announced by TT. Up at the top of your computer, click on TurboTax (not File). You will then get a list of choices, and you will click on "Check for Updates"

Other than that, I have no other ideas, and I wish you good fortune on this. I try not to find fault in people, but TT has some systems troubleshooting to do on this issue.

I don't believe the answer of itemized deductions is helpful,, or accurate when taking the standard deductions.

When comparing the rejected return and the adjusted return, the reason for the update is because the state of Oregon is not giving you the tax credit for stimulus income like the IRS Federal income tax liability. The same thing happened in 2020.

The customer service agent I talked to wasn’t helpful at all & these generic ones responding don’t seem to be either. I finally tried fixing it on my computer (vs my app and my phone’s browser) & I was able to submit it. They need to tell people the app no longer works to file. I won’t be using Turbo Tax again.

In my case, I apparently was able to electronically send my Oregon return (with a message  back that it was accepted by the State), but unable to print or save it, getting the same message about Oregon forms not finalized yet.  I'm now hoping on what I've read in previous comments that on Feb 24th or shortly thereafter the problem will be fixed.

If you try to fix it from a computer browser, it works.

How did you fix OR tax forms not being available from your browser?
