this is a reply to my post... they removed turbo tax phone number i included.... I guess they don't want an influx of calls , heaven forbid they service the product they sell:(
You succeeded in filing your Oregon return but were you able to either print or save a PDF of your Oregon return?
Yes.
I was able to print and save the return.
As far as I can tell you are the only person who has had success printing and saving a PDF of the Oregon state return. All the other posters to this forum are still having problems with this feature - and Intuit is not responsive. When I finally reached a human being in technical support they wanted me to pay $50 to work on this problem with no guarantee they would actually fix the issue. When I refused to pay the $50 they hung up on me.
For which, I am surprised.
When I updated the software on the 4th, everything went smoothly.
Filed, saved, printed.
I can't tell you what I did, except I made sure to update.
Oh... I am also on a desktop, with a cd, not part of the online return.
I also got my acceptance for both the state and fed, within 1.5 hours of my filing.
I do feel for everyone who is not able.... they most likely need the return as badly as I do.
i was not able to preview my Oregon return so i will not sent, but I can't print nor pdf them either this I know. what would happen if i attempted to send... can't say, but why would a sane person sent their return in w/o being able to preview the return?
I too am having this same issue. FED fine. OR one will not let me print, save or file. Update today. The form no longer shows "Do not Submit" or whatever it said before. So I think the form is all updated now; just TT glitch not clearing out to let it finish.
I also cannot print or file my Oregon tax forms. When I called, they said that
there was still some form that was not available to TurboTax yet. Of course, this
conflicts with the users who have been able to file. Maybe it involves the complexity
of the return? Mine has a lot of stock related stuff on it.

I did some more research. Although the main form is available now, the form for underpayment of estimated tax is not available until Feb 24. So, if you owe money, like I do, it can't yet calculate if you owe a penalty.
According to the chart, everything will be available Feb 24. The chart is at
Oregon Individual Forms Availability (intuit.com)

I am glad you figured that out. Yes, I owe but only a bit more $100 so should be no underpayment but likely still the issue. I'll try again later, no hurry on that one, for me, anyway.
I checked my return against the forms still outstanding per the Oregon listing of availability. None of the outstanding forms affect my return. I'm scheduled to get a refund if I can ever get the program to work. I, too, called Intuit and got the run around before being disconnected. What a mess. Come on Intuit!
On 02/15 they Intuit said, come back on 02/17, update and refile. That was rejected again. Now they message reads, come back after 02/17. Will give it another day or two to simmer in its juices.
I too was rejected and told to come back on or after the 17th to update missing forms... they even sent me a reminder so early this morning I followed instructions updated forms (OR/fed tax liability , $1400 check from Feds (covidrecovery/impact) And yes it did increase my taxes like they said it might... that extra $1400 that i couldn't possibly know to include when I did my estimated taxes for last year.
Did error check and ( it would not let me preview nor print nor pdf but since I was able to see each individual OR form I printed each one separately but mainly I wanted to compare my first rejected return with the update done to be sure what was being sent. (again intuit says no errors and sent them , rejected a second time, what the $#ck? I called and while it doesn't make sense they keep telling me that while I was able to complete my taxes because the forms I needed were available they kept saying turbo tax had not finalized the OR/Fed tax liability forms for their program yet i had updated them hours before!!!
They had same problem last year , remember we go two covid relief checks, $1200 & $600... well that depends on much you earn. This is a known problem and they didn't fix it... watch out if they send a 4 stimulus check/ covid relief it will happen next year when we file.
Do not try and resend your Oregon tax return a third time until Feb 24... when again they say the forms will be finalized.. so we will need to update ... yes again!. If we are able to preview our OR return before sending that will be a good sign but I intend to get turbo tax on the phone and walk me thru it because I don't want to be rejected a third time and have to send a paper copy which will take approx16 weeks to process.... this is not a typo.
Massive incompetence first its the 17th, now the 24th, no excuse for this as I said earlier IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE!
I have been on the phone with them 12 times and I am disgusted with them and considering alternative means of electronically filing my takes but preparing them myself...Does H&R block have an online tax software program we can use for filing 2022 taxes because I am fed up with intuit.
I feel your pain, Denise. I’ve been using TT for over twenty years now. Their customer service has gone downhill so much that it’s basically useless. The reps don’t seem to have any knowledge of the product or what to do and they will hang up on you when they can’t handle the concern. From the multiple posts I’ve read, this seems to be endemic. Sad for once a great product.
yes, I've had multiple hang ups on me too. No accountability
