Live Tax Help says $139 for Federal and state is separate. How do I get help on state taxes only?

Sorry----but it does not work that way.   When you use TurboTax the information flows from the federal return to the state  return.  You cannot prepare a "stand alone" state return here, or use "Live" experts for only a state return.

I only have a question on how to submit my taxes where I have two state returns. My Federal taxes are done. So, you are saying I need to pay to have someone do all of my taxes and paying for 3 (Federal and each state) to just answer one question?

You asked about "Live" help----that is a paid online service with help from tax experts.   Is that really what you want---or do you just need to ask a question?  We can answer almost any kind of question here in the user forum.  We just cannot resolve billing issues.   

What are the two states---what is the situation?  Did you move from one state to another in 2023?  Live in a state but work in another state?  Work remotely for an out of state employer?  Please explain and we can likely help here.
