Turbo Tax does not support some forms for e-filing. Check out the list of Arizona forms and see whether there is a form in your return that may not be able to be electronically filed. In which case, mailing would be the option.

You guys need to fix this issue! This is absolute garbage that I can’t e file my state return because you claim that the “Information Worksheet” is unsupported……how in the hell is this unsupported???? It is the form you use to pull my info from my federal return. This will be my last time using turbo tax. Terrible terrible terrible product and customer service here. Why this is an issue this year and has never been in the past is mind boggling. Not to mention, all of my friends and family members have had no issue filing federal and state with turbo tax, yet I am being stone walled and no answers to be found.
