I completed my filing and realized TurboTax never prompted me for any information regarding the NYC 1127 form

@bigkab57 Yes, you can pay for your return, View/Print/Save all your forms and worksheets, make changes, and file later.

Hello. What if you were a partial resident of NYC, will the 1127 form appear?

Yes. You will need to file Form NYC-1127 for the time you were not a NYC resident. Generally, only New York City employees living outside of the 5 boroughs must file Form NYC-1127.

You are considered a NYC employee if you are employed in a New York City Government agencies such as NYPD, FDNY, Department of Finance, Department of Sanitation.

Thank you for responding. My issue is I'm not seeing the form in the Take a look at NY credits and taxes section.

Did you enter yourself as a part-time resident of NYC so TurboTax knows you lived outside the five boroughs for some of the year? This would be in the beginning of the New York interview.

I just did a mock-up return living in NYC for 50 days. On the page Take a look at New York credits and taxes, I got to the correct screen by scrolling all the way to the bottom for NYC Nonresident Employees Tax (NYC-1127).
