California state rejected twice due to form 3849

I have posted several times regarding TurboTax errors in California Form 3849 and talked with TurboTax representatives once.  I still haven't received any acknowledgement that they actually understand the problem although I described the exact form line numbers and what the problem is.  For now I am just waiting until they figure it out and update the software.

I'm getting the same thing. I read somewhere that after the 26th it should be fixed hopefully

My CA Efile was rejected too because of form 3849.

Today 03/01, I updated the software, the problem is still there.

The problem is that the TurboTax California Form 3849 still is not working properly which I have posted several times with detailed descriptions including specific line numbers in the form which are not calculating correctly.

There could be a number of reasons why the state rejected your return.  Here is information about 

how to fix a rejected return.  You can also print your return and mail it in.  Here are instructions.
